Thank you for your helpful reply. I will review in detail and maybe
ask a follow-up question. It's very scary. We believe he must have
picked up this MRSA on a visit to the ER a month or so before the
staph infection appeared on leg. An infectious disease MD is my
neighbor and he sent us directly to hospital. While waiting (and
waiting and waiting) I mentioned to desk triage nurse that he was
probably spewing Staph germs all over the ER waiting room. She replied
"it's all over this hospital, doesn't matter; go sit down." I was
aghast.

Precisely what I was looking for.

The question I submitted required a substantual amount of internet
research.  I appreciate the amount of effort the Google researchers
did.  The answer was correct and equal to what I had obtained from the
local University Medical Library in two hours.  I did not understand
that Google researches were limited to the Internet. I would like to
suggest that the Google researchers have access to resources such as
online national libraries or other sources to improve this wonderful
tool.

Thanks for your answer.  Your comments were helpful, but the sources
cited were what as close to what I needed as can reasonably be
expected.  FYI my wife and I are optional adopters (capable of having
our own biological children) with 2 children.  We want to add to our
family, but would like to ensure we are adopting from a country which
is in need.  Their are many couples whom cannot have children seeking
babies.  We do not want to compete with them.  Thanks for your help.

The answer focuses on information that is a little too old in my
opinion. Very little of the new drugs like imatinib, Gemcitabine,
Docetaxel, are brought into discussion. Of course, there is little
information about these and endometrial cancer giving that they are
new, but it can be found. In searching for information about such
serious diseases, the search should focus on the latest research and
studies, and only then to focus on the "traditional" and non-efficient
approaches.

Very nice, I have another question coming at you that is a bit more involved.

Well worth $200.  The research and compilation of information was
obviously the result time, effort and expertise that produced useful
information on an arcane subject.
