I think organizations of all types tend to favor acronyms because they
preserve a modicum of mystery/confidentiality to those "outside" and
promote esprit-de-corps for those "inside", the latter being good for
group cohesion.

The researcher adding a prologue to the answer was a nice touch.
It is not clear if the answers given on Google Answers can be used by
me for anything.  I understand from the Terms that the answer comes
with no warrantee etc and the it may be used by Google for whatever,
but I am keen to use the answer and would prefer not to have to
paraphrase it etc.

You have found in 2 days what me and a bunch of other people have not
been able to find in years.  This is a game I played a-lot with my
cousins when I was growing up.  My mom liked playing with us a lot to.
 We always had a great time and each of us this many years later still
remember playing that game.  Thanks again!

Considering the difficulty of the question, I was very pleased with
the answer I received.  More information would have been better, but I
feel it is more the difficult nature of the information I was after,
than the lack of effort on the part of "tutuzdad-ga".  The effort and
