preferred more detailed summaries of efforts made by specific
communities, and some sources to back up the kinds of general
processes you talked about in the first two paragraphs.  I know that
you gave me a few links about individual towns, but I need a little
more in-depth information.  I do appreciate the general information,
though, and know that you must have put some significant time into the
answer - do you mind telling me how long it took you?

tutuzdad has an eloquent, organized style of writing. He makes his
point, then supports it well. He obviously put a lot of thought into
his answer and since it is a subjective issue, I really appreciate
