Thanks for all the links. One site was down for a few days, but I got
it. It turns out, it may not be a driver issue - the error I get is
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had already installed ad aware,
spybot and spychecker did the trick.  It even took care of not being
able to open the add/remove programs in control panel.  I really
appreciate the help!

Worked perfectly.  I always enjoy working out my problems on Google
