Good - thanks.
I can't justify the hassle, expense and loss of control of the
commercial solutions, but the background info has helped me to fix our
site so that it generates pages for non-existent query strings.
From now on, I'll be able to incorporate this into the code for new
client sites from the outset.

Great response. But there's nowhere to put a $20 tip. Is that feature

info. I am very satisfied. I posted a follow up if your friend can

A decent answer for the money I was offering. I would have been
interested in hearing more about "Taxation without representation" and
what it really means, but part of that is me asking better questions!

Thanks - knowing as little as I do about 'puters, I confuse page rank
and page relevance, then again, I confuse easily anyway.  I guess
"relevance" is what I need to worry about?  I enjoy being in the top
10 and top 20 for my various website topics.  I was worried that if I
used the website for a little online writing which was not connected
with the rest of the pages, I would lose those positions.  So if I
understand right, I can put a whole novel in there and it won't effect
anything as long as I have no link to or from the website's "regular"
pages.  Thanks again.
