Thank you for your focused and detailed research. I have actually
started working before I received the answer, and it seems unlikely
that I will be asked to take a test. But hopefully we have contributed

The researcher didn't answer my question, when asked for a
clarification he refused, and refused to remove his coment and let

This researcher was very thorough and did a great job

Satisfactory answer.  The example was interesting but not directly
related to the exact concern of my inquiry, ie: unpermitted
construction; but I think the Real Estate Disclosure form should cover
the limit of my liability.  I'll go with that and sleep nights again.

no rating services available, which would lead to the more detailed

Answer was clear and gave some decent links for more info.  Wish that
the answer had included something on China and Ireland as well as
Malaysia.

I don't know if this will work -- as you say, this is frought with
multiple challenges -- but I appreciate that you dug into this issue
and clearly did a lot of work to propose these potions. I'll let you
know if these suggestions pan out!

been a little more detail, or links to places where I could get that

It was not the answer I wanted but it was 100% correct.  I should have
specified to Wonko that I don't have a public company (SEC compliance
