The researcher provided two good sources on social security and made
some interesting comments, but these comments did not provide a
useable answer to my basic question as to whether there are categories
of persons under social security who supply more in funds than they
receive in benefits.

This is very good,worth the posted price. I found out about a company
that allegedly will design and market for someone with just an idea,
but when calling it got no response to a message left. I did find the

Didn't specifically answer my question - I asked about blocked
capital, which would refer to me having a Blocked Rand account as I am
a non-resident, but used to live in the country.

Thank you very much for your lengthy research, and I apologize for
taking so long to get back to you.  I have also looked at the IRS 1023
sample conflict of interest policy (appendix A), which has helped in
suggesting abstention from voting if a director has a financial
interest in an entity.  I might add stricter language to it when
formulating my nonprofit's policy, along the lines of some things you
mention here.

It was great that a question similar to mine could be found. However,
I did have a bit of problem distinguishing between my answer and the
similar answer. Perhaps if my question had been answered as asked
rather than compounded with the additional information, I wouldn't
have been as confused. Still, great explanation - which is more
