nenna, I have nothing to add to this, you have done this question it's
true justice and I could not be more pleased. As you can tell from my
purpose I understand all that you have put here. You have shown me
much of where I need to improve myself, which is never easy, I thank
you. I find I am happy with who I am but not satisified with who I am.
This is what has lead to my defineing a purpose in life and is what
lead to my secound purpose in life. I am totaly satisfied with your
answer but would like to ask your thoughts one one thing. Do you think
my defined purpose encompasses all you have said? And if not Could you
make what you think would be the appropriate changes?

The answer does not respond to my question. It concerns painting an
old floor -- I need to paint over a waxed surface on a new commercial
grade linoleum floor. I do not want to paint directly on the linoleum,
but on the wax.

Researcher provided a lot of information, some of which was useful; 
didn't really answer the question though.  But it was a tough,
complicated question, and for the amount offered ($10) Researcher did
a good job.

this may be the first time i've ever had several weeks go by before a
question was answered ... but the answer definitely lived up to the
high standards I've come to expect and enjoy from Google Answers.  My
thanks to the researcher.  This answer matches what a compulsively
thorough techie friend of mine dug up in the meantime ... and the
Google reinforcement is valuable to me.  Only thing that stops me from
ACTING on the result is a news story I just saw about 42-45" LCD HDTV
prices dropping considerably this fall ... so I'm back to mulling. 
But my question was answered thoroughly and clearly, and I appreciate
it.

This was my first time using Google Answers and the service came
highly recommended. I don't have time to do the research myself and
really appreciate the links Nenna-ga provided for me. My only
disappointment is to discover that there really aren't very many GREAT

Although very prompt and informative, I found what I was really
looking forward in a link to one of the linked articles
    (Section 250 (5) of the Vehicle and Traffic Law defines the term
"resident." The law defines a resident as a person who lives in NYS
with the intent to make NYS a "fixed and permanent" place to live. To
live in a house, a home, an apartment, a room or other similar place
in NYS for 90 days is considered "presumptive evidence" that you are a
resident of NYS. A police officer can use this evidence as the reason
to issue a traffic ticket if you drive in NYS without a driver license
or vehicle registration issued by NYS.).

Had this been part of their response, I would have gladly given a
better rating and tip.  At the same time, the information and links
were very helpful to finding my answer.  Still a great first time
experience.
