I left this alone for a long time because I didn't want to address it while I was unhappy with the results and the "You only paid $10" comment. At this point it's been three years and I am no longer in need of the answer :-) "journalist-ga"'s comment did get me in the right direction at the time where I was able to at least mildly address the issue myself. I gave an extra star because of the effort, I appreciate all of the time and that was put into this and am willing to let you keep the money just because of the work. However I think it would have been a better idea to pass the question along to someone else (like "journalist-ga") who was willing to at least begin a basic easy to understand explanation that I'm sure would have headed in the right direction if journalist-ga had more time. And I'm not going to overlook the possibility that my lack of understanding of Georgia law might be to blame here. However the just of the answer that I seem to get from bitmaven was ""There isn't a good answer so here are several things that get "close enough" so I can justify taking the ten dollars"". It's ok, keep the ten. I'm not trying to upset you but rather have you take a loving reflective look at what your motivation was for answering the question. I would rather pay someone who isn't working "for the money" than pay someone who is largely motivated by the money. This seems evident by the work that is produced. Though, once again I am not side-stepping the very real possibility that I could be wrong. |

Your answer was so detailed and well organized that I feel you deserve more money. Your answer required quite a bit of research and sweat. I appreciate anyone who would go so far to answer a question despite how little money they get for it. You are obviously more concerned about having knowledge than money. You are terrific! |

Wonderful! That's exactly what I needed, thanks. And while I won't give specific information on how to access these services for fear that they will be shut down if a lot of people find out, I will tell you that they are free, and that you can access them without any purchase of equipment necessary (aside from your personal computer and an internet connection, hint hint). While most do, one such service provides no Terms of Service agreement, and in fact no information at all, except their privacy policy which ensures that the privacy and confidentiality of all calls will be protected. This is from a major phone carrier. :-) I'd tip more but I'm totally broke. Sorry. |

This was a difficult question. I received four possibilities - all better priced than anything I had seen so far. In fact my net spending will be lower by a few hundred as a result of the answer I received. So paying for this service saved me at least $250. I will be using this service more often. |

In the second round, your answer was fine and what I needed. (IMHO, I thought that my original question was clear, and that my clarification was more a re-statement rather than a clarification, but all's well that ends well.) Thanks. |
