Did not really answer my question, although it was probably
information unobtainable with public data.   Not really worth what I
paid, although generally the effort was okay.  I never received
further effort towards clarification from the researcher, perhaps
because the researcher got paid either with or without trying again.

I appreciate the stuff you came up with, and will eagerly follow all
these links. That said, I know that there is an enormous amount of
material on various blogs -- you did mention one, Postrel's -- but you
didn't really take advantage of that much. Finally, since matters in
the present can't be evaluated without regard to their potential for
the future, I cannot ignore that you have chosen to refuse to work on
this any further. Respecting your claim that it was a lot of work, and
honoring my commitment to tip, I shall do so.

Ragingacademic came through with very good results in the end.  I
needed to clarify my question a bit before I got the results I was
looking for.  I was very satisfied and surprised at all the
information that ragingacademic discovered for me.
