Thanks very much for this, I agree that The Emyth Revisited is an
excellent management book, it is one that I have read and I learnt an
awful lot from it.
I will have a look at Amazon and read the reviews on the rest of the
books, I'll definitely be getting at least one of them.

On enthusiasm and responsiveness, you are 5-star. My problem did not
get solved but for that I think I cannot fault you at all; perhaps my
PC needs an examination. I have taken a star for you not reading my
questions/ clarification properly though you can say the same about

Did a good job

I think pink might be correct - the mysts of history doth obscure.  My
fault (rate me -5 stars) for asking the unanswerable.  4 stars for
effort, thank you.
I found the graph to be most interesting.  I'm assuming he's using
webcrawling techniques, which would not pick up online-ingame usage. 
The people who refer to the rap usage (i.e., woot, there it is) are...
 incredibly wrong.  Use headphones people.   The graph does sort of
coincide with Everquest's popularity.  The thought of "woo hoo, loot"
does come to mind.

Only one of the sites had a useful forum, and I had already found that
site myself, but the researcher gave me a lot of sites to check out,
so I guess it's okay.
