I was very impressed with my researcher.  I presented a very
challenging research question and this individual did an excellent job
finding great sources of information on my topic.  It saved me a lot
of time and that made it worth the money in my opinion.

I don't feel the information was comprehensive enough.  The sources
tapped were limited.  Perhaps my expectations are too high.  This is
the first time I've used this service.  I would be willing to try it
again and see if different researchers approach the process
differently.

This was a fairly good response - I can use some of the information
but not all. I'm not interested in ordering Amazon books which is why
I posted the question to Google Answers - so I could find the
information online. Also, much of the information seems outdated and
one of the links that you posted below doesn't even work. I've had
better luck with Google Answers in the past.

Thanks, jbf777.  This was all good information.  I think the article
that best resonded to our need for a marketing-oriented answer was the
very last one from equarius.  But the other information was valuable,
too.  We've ordered a couple of copies of the $1.11 book.  The last
chapter looks like it will summarize the benefits.  But it appears
that in order to really appreciate .NET, we're going to have to read
the whole book and possibly some others.
