I know there is a vast number of hiking clubs in the US and Canada. 
Although 178 is a large number, to reach an exceptional rating, I
would have hoped for a list more in the 300 club range.  But this list
was thorough and very helpful.  Thank you!

That's fascinating, I was assuming it would be one of the original
