We got off to a "slow start," but the researcher came through in the
end with some solid links that I couldn't find in my searches and that
should prove very useful.  But while this was really helpful, it is
only a start.  I now need to do some serious surfing of those sites to
find the actual answer that I'm looking for, the price of the specific
Zenith radio model.  So in this case, at least for the price I paid, I
think the service might be more aptly named Google LEADS than Google
ANSWERS.  Regardless, it helps that the researcher committed to
continue to keep their eye out for additional relevant information if
discovered.  I will use the service again in the future, but will try
to clarify my expectations up front to assist the researcher and so as
not to become frustrated with the process.  I will also do more
research into what amount of money must be offered to get an in-depth
answer to a challenging question - not just multiple (albeit very
helpful) links.

Regardless of the language barrier to find the answer Vinods-ga tried
hard and did provide me with a link to the answer which I hadn't seen
before.

This was a great answer.  It led me on to research what is happening
to WinXP using IE6.0 (everyone says it only happens w/IE5.0/5.5.  Not
so.  Thanks to the answer I was able to research more but am at a
stand-still now.  Thank you.

Off to great start... half of the problem is solved.

Quick, thorough, polite and very sensitive to my low level of
knowledge – surely one of the very best answerers.

Although my problem hasn't yet been solved, this researcher ran
straight in to the mind numbing incompetence that I encountered.

I asked the question in the hope that someone else had bought a
similar machine and was trying to do the same thing.

I am grateful of the support I received, when battling this company on
my own I felt I was going mad!

I feel sure that this researcher would have been able to help me out
with disabling onboard sound using dip switches, but I have found
someone that will take the machine away and do the necessary for me.

I think my card must be broken.  Vinods went all out to answer my
question. Even contacted manufacturers directly.  Highest
recommendations!

Vinod-ga went to extremes to be helpful.  (I wish I had priced my
request higher, he deserves more.)  Ask him more questions.  He needs
to be rewarded.
