Thanks for a very comprehensive answer, which answers something I have
puzzled about on and off for several years. The only thing that
surprises me is that my own attempts to search Google for "obidos"
produced no relevant results. Whereas if you search for "g3tja" (my
other alias) you will know find a trail of forums that I have visited.

I found the same information, which is already available through a
google search.  Was looking for something more specific, like names,
dates, etc. Thanks anyway.

It took a while, but we got there.  The solution works for me.

Well done. My first use of Google answers. Not sure of the right
price. I felt $50 was generous but don't know the time that was spent.
