It actually turned out there was a big blank space, and indeed there
was a registry entry with a negative number! Thanks so much for your

I downloaded anti spam and antivirus softwares from the link
provided,and also changed the mtu size to 1400 as advised by aol for
my netgear router and everything worked fine thereafter,Thanks a
million

I really would have liked some research papers sited, rather than the

My researcher jumped backwards  through flaming hoops three times, in
order to help me.  Our joyful teamwork cracked the problem.  His/her
humility was impressive.  Last but not least, his humor ("the nap did
the trick" and "quoth the raven, nevermore") made me LOL.

I was very pleased.  I toyed with 5 stars, but decided not to in the
interests of leaving room for a really, REALLY great answer.

Sublime1 provided the usual diligent and professional service I've
come to expect. Although the solution we found is unwieldy and not
fully satisfactory, I sincerely doubt there are many who could have
done better. And since the work expended outran the original

Greenish-blues are nice.  My personal favorite is definitely blue.

While the expert was ultimately unable to answer my question, as
phrased I don't think he/she would been able to answer it without a
ridiculous amount of information regarding the inner workings of HP.
However, he/she did attempt multiple times to help me.
