Honestly, this is as much of an answer as I think I could expect for
$5.00.  You've shown that there isn't an easy/clear answer out there
that I was missing and you've also pointed me to some information.

One big problem here is that the source data was not available to me
because the "jenkins Group" link that is on the humorwriters site is
not up so I was never able to find out where these statistics came
from.

The answers were close to what I wanted, but I was hoping they would
come from a hihgly credible and more scientific source.

The answer was longer than the concise description requested, vague,
and seemed to be filled as much with the researcher's opinion as

Thank you.  I think you have probably got to the bottom of this.  I
had heard stories that the delegation was composed of some rather more
famous people (Adams, Franklin, Hamilton, etc.), but perhaps that was
a later embellishment.
What are the Manorwater Papers?
Sorry about the delay in replying.  I have been on vacation - in
England.  No one I spoke to there had heard of this event.

Thanks for the links. There was enough info on those pages to come up
with a number of alternatives.

There is no doubt that "techtor" invested considerable time an effort
to provide me with such a great variety of possible solutions to my
problem.
What remains to be done of course, is to sort them out and find the
optimal solution, a task that can obviously be undertaken only by me.
If I happen to come across another difficulty in this (or any
other)matter, "Techtor" will be the one I shall ask for assistance.
