Both Missy and Webadept provided valuable information to help me
understand what was going on.  They also provided valuable tools to
help to solve the problem.

It is currently much better (although it's not clear whether it was
the result of actions taken or just enough time to let the "Google
dance" play out) and I now know several ways to keep us on the radar
screens.

I didn't know anything about Google Answers when I ran into this
problem.  I stumbled into it because my problem was with Google.  I am
very impressed with the quality of help I was able to get for a very
reasonable fee.  I feel that Google Answers is a true breakthrough as
a new type of internet resource.  I will be back!

Nice effort and you've helped with the other thing I'm kinda weak on,
being creative...
Anyhow, there's several good names there and I'll have fun playing
around with the sites you've provided.  Slim seems a particularly
appropriate name so I think I'll focus on something using that.  (It
would be pretentious of me to use general amongst other players...)

Like I said, they're all very good names, just gotta get the right
"fit".

You did an excellent job of obtaining information about this question.
I also appreciate your advice to a potential new researcher.  I
managed to reach 3 of the 4 banks listed as non-"ChexSystem" banks on
the website you provided, and the 3 of them use NCPS. I was hoping
that might be mostly confined to MA. Sorry for the delay in getting
back to this; I did check it late last night but you hadn't completed
the "answer" portion yet. I wasn't able to sign on again until now.
Anyway, you did a great job and I truly appreciate the
sincerity/honesty that you have expressed.

BTW, I just assumed that the researchers received the full price
listed, but the info on tips just explained that Google takes a
percentage of that. That is helpful to know, in terms of tipping. (It
would be more helpful to know what percentage actually makes it to the
researcher, but I imagine that is confidential.)

Dear Missy, you gave a great answer to my question!  Thank you for
your very speedy reply!  However I have two "buts"...  First, this was
not the kind of binding I had in mind: these services offer only "copy
shop" binding, and so I'm afraid it won't look like a real "book". 
Also I'm in Europe (I know, I didn't mention this), and I get the
impression that although we have Kinko's here, the Kinko's service is
not available to me.  But the CopyMax service is!

Thanks Missy,  just what I was looking for, an excellent general piece
on "chilli".  I have not yet gone into the links you provided but with
expecting them to provide  info up to the level of your usual
respsonses I will  risk a five based on what I have read already.   I
have been overseas for a while by the way but I have kept up with GA
and have just returned to find that GA's favourite domestic engineer
is now offering great advice on all things sexual from female
orgasm/and the mechanics of, to other complex sexually related issues
which I just forget for the moment.

P.S I know you are famous at GA but I bet you did not know  that I and
my comments also  now appear as one of three testimonials chosen for
the introductory pages of GA to the world!!

Excellent comprehensive answer, clearly and intelligently written in a
friendly and helpful manner. Did Missy do enough work to deserve a
tip? I would guess that the amount of "legwork" was minimal for this
sort of question, but I believe she should get something. If I knew
how researchers were paid, I'd be better able to decide on what is
appropriate. Are they paid like waiters, for example, who rely on tips
to supplement their small salaries, or are the salaries considered
"real" salaries. Or do they work on commision? I'd love a FREE answer
to this question! I've decided to tip Missy 20%.  Tell her "thank
