Very good answer.

I got much more than I expected! Information was very useful and a
terrific time saver. To be honest, I'm not in love the Pricline-style
name-your-price approach to getting answers, but I guess that is
better than having fixed fees. Maybe more guidelines as to market
rates and fair pricing would help buyers.
