Looking for ISO to market web based services
Category: Business and Money > eCommerce Rating and comments by: fast2net-ga |
Not really an answer, but rather search results, which may have the answer somewhere within them if I looked long enough... but I paid for an answer not for directions on how to find an answer. Someone who doesn't know what an ISO is should not be considered qualifed enought to answer this question. |

This is a solid answer. Very fast reply too. However, I only give perfect ratings to answers that exceed expectations, so accept 4 as a near eprfect score. Throw in a $2 tip for the speed and quality. |

Remodeling a kitchen, and Installing a dishwasher air gap.
Category: Miscellaneous Rating and comments by: clicker5-ga |
Hello clouseau: I sure want to thank you for the quick and perfect answer to my question. I looked at the Brasstech web site, and found the air gaps in their product line. I looked at their distributors, and located one about 3 miles from my home. I called the distributor, and yes, they have a brushed stainless steel air gap, that will fit into my 1 & ½ inch sink top granite hole. Thanks again, clicker5 |

I'm giving the answer 4 stars---the reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I haven't yet tested the answer. If it works out OK, come back and I'll amend my rating to 5 stars. Jerry Blevin |

Find a music CD
Category: Arts and Entertainment > Music Rating and comments by: pumpkinpie-ga |
Researchers "Clouseau" and "Ericynot" did a fantastic job with my difficult question!! Thanks Clouseau for your constant attention to my question and for not letting me down!!! Most of all, thanks for helping me procure my CD!!! WELL DONE! EXCELLENT WORK! p.s. I would have tipped more -- but, given the price of my question, the cost of calling and faxing Italy and the actual cost of the CD (with shipping/handling), I've already shelled out close to $60 for a lousy CD. |

How can I automate backup in XP (to internal hard drive and/or external CD).
Category: Computers Rating and comments by: bbb-ga |
To clouseau-ga: You have certainly supplied plenty of valuable information, both about utilities that might do the backup, and about the Backup that's apparently supplied with the XP system (but of course it took you--and efn-ga--to tell me that, since Microsoft is coyly confusing as usual). I will try to load the Backup file from my XP CD-ROM. If it works, I'll be pleasantly surprised (I'm assuming your info is accurate, but I don't trust Microsoft products to do what they should). If it doesn't work, or doesn't work smoothly, I'll look into those utilities. Thanks very much for all the time, thought, and help. |

Fixing two letters on one hard drive in Windows 2000
Category: Computers > Operating Systems Rating and comments by: and0-ga |
Problem solved! Thanks to your *very* in-depth research, your willingness to openly consult your peers, and the comment from bananarchy, I've gotten to the root of things. It seems that the two drives each had an extra partition on them; a partition which started *past* the end of the disk, and was 0 bytes. I was able to use the recovery console to delete the 0 byte partitions, returning my drive letters to circulation. In the process, I've learned a great deal about W2K drive lettering and control. Thanks for the help, bananarchy, Legolas, Feilong. And Clouseau, thanks for all the hard work, and a great GA experience! :D |
