Marketing Association.  However, the research and source presented are

Solves my problem, thanks! My assumption was that I could run the
ActiveX stuff I already had installed, and just stop loading new
ones... but it looks like you have to go all-or-nothing.

Thanks for sharing the search that you used, I tried a few other
combos before but I hadn't thought to "" quote the longer error. 
Works like a charm. I wish I knew how to allow certain ActiveX
controls but not others, but I'm sure that's not in IE anyway.

gavve google my credit card number, i decided to search using the
first line, instead of the author...Albert K Rowswell (which yielded
zero hits)... the first line search gave me all I needed... it was

I gave it three stars, because even though the answer was thorough I
am still stuck with the same problem..  It seems unsolvable and what
information I was given I was aware of already...  This was the reason

EVEN THOUGH THE RESEARCHER DID NOT GET ME MY MANUAL OR EVEN THE
CORRECT MOTHERBOARD: HE/SHE DID POINTME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION. I
STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MANUAL, I STILL DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CHANGE THE BUS
SPEED AND MULTIPLIER IN BIOS AND/OR ON THE BOARD, BUT I DO KNOW WHICH
MOTHERBOARD I HAVE.  1 OUT OF 3, WHAT DO YOU THINK?
