Good try.  You did alot of research!  However, it still didn't give me
the answer.  The books, believe it or not, I already have because I
went the same route.  The books show how to make boxes but not with
the sliding dovetail lid, I forgot to mention these boxes are often
called "secret boxes".

This was quite a comprehensive answer, which addressed mostv of the
question and provided useful examples.  An interesting examples of a
tv ad was found though the question about examples of print
advertisements wasn't answered.

well the answer is good its just a very complex area and its difficult
to articulate exactly what it is I need so far he gets an A for effort
only I still don't have the appropriate answer.
