Given my limited detail for this request, the answer(S) were well laid
out, and very thoughtful. Thank you for your effort and great
attitude! Wondering if USC or UCLA or California Institute of
Technology CalTech, will soon offer  PhD degrees at least partially
online...? There was no mention of these prestegious local
schools...moving slightly north, what about Stanford, their computer
science programs seem to be near the best in the nation...so, you'd
think they would have the developed infrastructure necessary to
implement such a program in nearly any discipline, including
psychology or sociology?

I am dazzled.  Please ensure that the researcher receives my thanks. 
The timely response (with links, no less) has enabled me to complete a
much needed thesis statement for a paper. The researcher was even kind
enough to throw in a link to MLA documentation.  Just great service!

I have already seen this manual but the dial face is vastly different from mine.

Although the issue of Time Australia containing the article wasn't
found, I found bhamwhiz-ga's comments most helpful. Thanks to all who
