So glad I have the same person. I made a mistake with my previous
question. You gave me exactly the correct answer & clear instructions
on how to access. It was my own stupidity that was the problem. Then I

Appreciate the info.  I had a coat of arms done and it gave the
history of the family name Leopard and stated it was of Italian origin
but they used the name, Leopardi.  Thanks again--even though I don't
have an answer of where my family's from.

expected.   Also, the researcher understood the context of the request
very well and was able to identify what I was looking for even though
I had one of the names incorrect!  Wow! Great job, and fast! Less than
24 hours.  I tried this search several times with no luck and can see

I know for sure you saved me some money. I had emailed them orignally
told them there website was totally broken and they said they would
fix it. LIED.
