Thank you ! I see now - the symbol was older than the flag, originally
aimed at Britain but now taken to mean the Union. What I couldn't work
out was why Virginia would be annoyed at Britain in 1861, and I see
that they were not. Cheers :)

I acknowledge the potential helpfulness of the response, however, it
does meet my needs.  Given the restraints on my time I had wanted the
information prior to my departure. I would suggest Google reexamine

Hi Scriptor. Thanks for the quick answer. You nailed the song but not
the artist. Nevertheless, with song title in hand, you definitely
pointed me in the right direction. The song I heard was a remake, not
the original, thanks for the amazon link it helped me know for sure it
was the right song when I played their sample. The remake I heard was
from Teenage Head (alot faster than the original:). Again though,
thanks for your answer, it put me on the right track.
