A thoughtful commentary.  All I can add is that even if Bush and Blair
do accomplish all of their goals in Iraq, they will have created
problems elsewhere in the world.  I hope that your views on
nonviolence, with war as a last resort, are followed elsewhere and in
future disputes.

Excellent research.  That is a surprising independent study.  I too
was expecting to hear "unsubscribing only confirms to the spammer your
e-mail account is active."

P.S. - Is there a program that will just blow up the spammer's
computer or send a severe electrical shock through their keyboard? =)

Thank you for your answer and also for your suggestion.  I'm truly
disappointed in MS (for about the millionth time).  It seems so basic.

For $10.00 it was a pretty decent answer.  I did it as a test, and I
was fairly impressed - my expectations were exceeded.  The links were
helpful.  I would tip except that I feel it could have used some a
little bit more attention to the other side of the issue I asked about
(the answer was pretty much pro Home Rule).  One sentence on the
opposing view.  What I want for $10.00 though, right?  THANK YOU.
