The answer was soooo thorough and touched upon many important topics
that were beyond the scope of the original question but essential in
getting a full answer.  This was my first question for Google -- I'll

unfortunately, however, it is not all that useful to me. (the question
about shipping was a minor part and unlikely to affect the final sale
price, which is the information i was looking for.) i specified the uk
because uk and european internet use is different to that in the
states. companies probably have different monitoring policies, and
more people pay higher rates for their internet access from home. i'm
not going to request a refund, because you clearly put time into the
research, and you answered the second part about shipping. but you
started to answer the question within half an hour of it being posted,
when i'd said i was looking for personal experience from an ebay
seller in the uk. with due respect to you, perhaps it would have been
better if, in this instance, you'd left it for a day or two to see if
someone else picked it up who was better placed to answer it fully.

Ah, so. I didn't do a "complete" backup it appears. So, all of that it
gone. Ya know, I'm glad. It was time to start fresh on the bookmarkets
on IE and I know all of my friends emails by heart.

This program did give me access to the data that I needed, but it is a
manual processes.  More clarification was required by me to state that
I would like to be able to select a series of photos and have the
utility go and change the time by 8 hours on each one.  Thanks for the
work.

as this was my first time using this service... i experienced a little
buyer remorse after i'd posted my $150 question...  i started thinking
that i'd been a little foolish to spend so much on what was still an
untried service!
But, the answer, when it came less than 24 hours later, far exceeded
my expectations...  "lot-ga" did a fantastic job in answering my
questions and very handily earns a 5 star rating from me.

(Although like all marketplace, that too paid for, its not the best
channel a business would wish to open). 1 Star I deduct for failing to

He answered my question with his second responce.  He did not
undersatnd the question with his first responce.  The product he
suggested seems to work, to a point.  I am working with tech support
to see if the product will do all that i want.
