That's it!  I'd searched for weeks without finding that (very
well-hidden)individual contact setting that needs to be set when
sending from a Corporate client machine.  Thank you so much for a

Quick, accurate answer to problem that was causing me a lot of stress.
 I was provided with a lot of information that gives me a better
understanding of Norton Antivirus and I will save this information to
use if other problems come up.  Thanx

The answer was tricky to find, since it seems like an undocumented
feature of offline folders: you can reset the database if its
corrupted, and then rebuild it again after setting again the
synchronization parameters. When you have a corrupted database, this
is a very reasonable solution.

pwizard was able to solve my problem with only a few key questions,
when I haven't been able to get this solved for months (by supposed
experts).  This is a great service!

Finally getting a solution and so quickly has gotten my day off to a
wonderful start. I have struggled with this problem for several weeks,
so I really appreciate the assistance. It was especially nice to be
able to cut and paste the code, to avoid any typing errors I might
have made.By the way, the Sony tech support person recommended I try
the GOOGLE answer site

Wow! That was quick! Just after submitting my question, I began to
wonder whether I could have just as easily found my answer on my own
with a little web surfing.  Probably, but considering time is a rare
commodity in my life, this was very much worthwhile - I received an
answer in just two hours.  This answer was just what I was looking for
(and not just to settle an argument).  Hopefully others might find the
information useful too!

work) to research the information you gave me - I forwarded the info
to my home e-mail.  I will do what you say and see what happens.  You
did alot of research to find this out...thanks.  It was a great answer
