It was the combination of an answer exactly to the point (and their
request for clarification was right on the mark as well) and the quick
response that led me to give it 5 stars. Great job. I'll be back with

Thanks for the help.  The price range is very helpful.  I figured that
some of the information might not be completely defined yet.  I guess

Hullo pwizard, Thanks for your detailed reply. I really learned a lot
from all the detail you sent me and visited the links . I had a bit of
trouble doing what you said because I could not make my computer go
into safe mode so I did a restore. It worked except if you try to make
paint load a non bmp file it hangs and does not give an error message.
Any way the people who sold me the thing now believe they ought to
have a look at it. I am currently studying backup before I take it to
them.
