First time I've tried this service...won't be the last.  I really
appreciated the speed and the solution for my problem.

The answer supplied useful information but did not address the
specific question.  For example, e-mails are archived: on my computer
and where else? And what is the significance of the archives located
elsewhere?  The comments helped to round out the answer.

The researcher was only able to tell me what I already knew about the
capabilities of third party software. I was looking for a way to
convert Appleworks to Excel without the purchase of additional
software. He was able to tell me that there was no such option.

Given P(a)=18/12,457=0.00144 and P(b)=122/39676=0.00307. Based on P(a)
we would expect 57 cases (computed as 18x39676/12457).  The question
is what are the chances (the probability of getting 122 cases (or an
additional 65 cases) given the expectation is just 57 cases?  This
cannot be that difficult a computation and would be very meaningful to
me.

answerguru-ga did a good job but I finally solved the problem myself
without having to reinstall Windows 98 which would have been
monstrous!  Reinstalling Windows 98 solves all problems, usually, but
leaves you stranded.  It is the easiest way to solve problems and some
of the Dell technicians when frustrated use it as the answer.  I have
never had to reinstall Windows 98 because I have persisted in pursuing
problems to their resolution despite the odds.  However, answerguru-ga
was patient and did provide useful information.

Insufficient answer to my question.  I know what a nursing diagnosis ,
assesment and intervention are.  I asked for a specific Dx and
intervention for a specific communinty with a specific problem
homeless persons who are mentally impaired. FYI Dx is Maintenance
Altered, related to homelessness and mental illnes.

He did answer the ? of how much it costs to save a life. But I was
looking for how much it costs for an overseas development or relief
organization to save a life. His data was weak, using the costs of
recruiting limb donors or something.
