I want a list of people that is being paid by carrying a real estate
note instead of a bank.  I want to buy some real estate notes from
individuals.

Depending upon what kind of notes you are looking for, I may be able to help you.

There must be several million such people world wide.  I think you
need a list for your home town and other locals you visit frequently.
We held notes a few times and even 45 miles away was a disadvantage.
So tell the locals that are best for you. I hope you don't plan to
hold the note seller liable if you can't collect. We almost sold a
note to "Note Buyers of America" but I reniged after concluding the
ulcers could continue for decades if the home owner was slow paying.
