I've done all the research I can on this (and even ordered a book,
which sadly is going to take 2 months to arrive !) so I throw it open
to people here.
I am pretty sure that Alexander, the first ruler of a united Rumania,
had no legitimate children from his wife (if someone can confirm they
had none who died as infants ?), but he had a mistress....someone
Obrenovic from whom he had two sons. Was his mistress tied into the
Serbian royal family, and if so can I be provided with a dynastic
table/tree/explanation as to how she fits in. The two sons - I need
short biographies, their full names, when and where they were born,
anything they did of note, and how and when they died... I am assuming
neither had any children of their own - is this correct ?
Also, was the Alexander Cuza of the post-WW1 era a relative in some
fashion, or is it a coincidence he has the same name ? |

wolvies,
Can you tell me what books, web pages, and other sources you have
consulted? Otherwise, it would be very easy to give you information
you have already obtained.
I have found a considerable amount of information regarding your
subjects. However, you have requested quite a large number of items,
and I do not believe I will be able to find every single item you have
requested. Would you consider everything I am able to provide as an
acceptable answer?

I didn't make a note of the sources but I used Google - the data I was
able to amass came down as only being the name of his mistress, and
some data on where his sons lived until they died at what was hinted
at as being a relatively young age. The facts I need can be split from
those I would like as follows :- I NEED to know how his mistress tied
into the Obrenovics of Serbia (if at all), I need to know the names,
birth dates and death dates/causes of his sons, and need to know if
any had any issue. I would very much like data on whether they did
anything of note in their lives, but is less vital. The data on
Alexander Cuza of post-WW1 is preferred, but can be omitted if Cuza
family tree data cannot be found. Thanks

wolvies,
I'm sorry, I have been able to find a good amount of this information,
but unfortunately, I am pretty sure I am not going to be able to find
all of it.

Ok...I guess in future I need to get the price/tip balance right in
order to accomodate this kind of situation. If you can provide the
names I guess I am honour-bound to accept it as an answer this time.
Thanks

wolvies,
You really aren't honor-bound to accept anything from me at this time.
The reason I was trying to get a definitive statement on what you
would consider to be a complete answer is to avoid disappointment or
unhappiness on either side. If a Researcher posts information as an
Answer without knowing for sure what the customer is willing to accept
as a complete, satisfactory Answer, they may end up with the black
mark of a 1-star rating or a refund request, and they are out the time
and effort they spent working on the Answer. Researchers generally
operate on the assumption that there will be no tip involved. It is
not something they can, or should, count on receiving.
I believe that I CAN provide you with some information you do not
already have, since I have already found some things that I believe
fit that description. However, I do not believe that I can provide you
with everything you are requesting, certainly not without doing hours
and hours of research, which would be out of the scope of your
question at this price. Another Researcher may be able to get answers
for you much faster and better than I can. So, rather than have you
end up unhappy, I would leave your question unanswered so that another
Researcher can take it on if they wish to do so.
Thanks for your understanding.

Sorry, please post the answer as long as it contains the names of his
sons and the years of birth and death (as well as whatever else you
have of course !). I wasn't trying to be difficult, and I appreciate
your explanation - worth 3 stars in itself this has been. I guess you
can see what I meant by having tried to do it all myself and failed :)
Thanks
