Hello Al2-ga!
Thanks for the challenging question. As it happens, Ive done some
fund raising, and have worked with angel investors, some of whom
specialize in or have invested in the food & beverage space. Im
providing you with information from my personal rol-o-dex as well as
information I found using search terms culled from my experiences with
angel investors.

I'd also suggest using a pay-for-performace investing directory, such
as vFinance.com. You can specify your specific industry and
sub-industry, and get contact information for dozens of accredited
investors that are likely to have an interest in your space.
vFinance.com Angel Investors
http://www.vfinance.com (click on "find angel investors" on the
right)
Additionally, I would definitely recommend getting in touch with angel
organizations such as:
Angel Capital Network
http://www.angelcapitalnetwork.com/
IAI International Angel Investors.Org
http://angelinvestors.infopoint.com/
Band of Angels
http://www.bandofangels.com/
Because of the recent tech activity, some of these groups have a
history of technical investing, but the high net worth individuals
they represent are burned out on technology and looking for safer
more traditional investment avenues. Talking to them or attending
their events could be very beneficial.
Good luck to you!

Al2-ga,
Thank you for your rating. I am disappointed to learn that you are
unhappy. What additional research would you like to see? I will be
happy to research in more depth, if needed. As you know, identifying
qualified, accredited investors is tricky, so I was quite pleased to
have found 7 prospects for you, plus I provided a link to
vFinance.com, where you can run a very specific search of accredited
investors for a nominal fee. As an example, I just now used vFinance
to search for angels in California with a net worth greater than $10
million who invest in the "food / diversified" category, and they
claim to have 58 direct matches. They require a few dollars per
record to purchase the contact info.
Thanks again for using Google Answers!
