what is the probability that a randomly selected day of the year
(having 365 days) is in April?

Since there are 30 days in April, therefore the probability of a
randomly selected day of the year (with 365 days) is in april is
30/365.
That means an 8.219178% chance, or a 1 in 12.16666667 chance.

Hope that helps,
