I heard a unbelievably great techno song at the Strokes concert in San
Francisco on 10/31/02 (it was played on the speakers in between sets
of the opening act and the main act). I want to find out the name of
it. There were not many words...the only phrase I remember, which was
repeated several times, was "You don't have to call me", sung by a
female. I want to get this song. What is the name?

The closest thing I could find is a song called "call me now" by
Paffendorf. It is a techno song with a female voice repeating the
phrase "call me now" several times. Since I'm not sure if this is the
song you are looking for, I'm only posting in the comments section.
