(In the "events" section of Craigslist, type in "HTML" in the search box, then
select "sf bay area" from the first pull down menu, and "classes" in the second
pull down menu, then click on "search")
Keep in mind that there may be an additional cost for textbooks and lab fees
for the classes that offer more "hands on" instruction.
You might also want to consider learning HTML online. Here are links that will
lead you to sites that offer online classes and/or general HTML guidance:
About.com

Yahoo!

As for "best," that's subjective. I have taken various classes at Stanford
Extension, UC Berkeley, and a couple other Bay Area adult education programs.
Based on personal experience, I think the adult education programs tend to be
quite a bargain if you're looking for a general overview. If you're looking for
a more intensive approach to learning HTML, I'd highly recommend the UC
Berkeley extension classes. I've taken the HTML for Professionals class there
and I found it to be thorough and informative.
I searched the following terms to find the answer to your question:
On Google:
"HTML class"
On Yahoo:
learn html
Hope this helps!
