The address you reference is part of a block that is reserved for
internal use on a LAN. It is not traceable over the Internet. If
someone on your own network is using this address, you may be able to
find out who it is by asking your network administrator.

If you are on the same network, and if it is Windows based, you can
try a NetBIOS lookup.
Go to a command prompt (Start -> Run and type cmd (for NT, 200 & XP)
or command (for Win95/98)
At the command prompt, type "nbtstat -A 172.30.150.34" (no quotes) and
hit enter. If you get any entries, you will get the computer name and
the logged on user (if there is one). If there's no result, as hammer
advised, contact your network administrator.
