I started with Presidents and this is as far as I got. Nothing at the
BMA website. Doesn't appear to even be any partial lists.

Dr Peter Banks
In 1972, Dr. Banks became president-elect of the Canadian Medical
Association and also held, in tandem, the position of president of the
British Medical Association.

Lord Arthur E Porritt
circa 1962
"This Committee's report, known as the Porritt report, was published
in 1962"

Prince Philip
circa 1959
"... in 1959, serving as deputy to Prince Philip, Honorary President
of the British Medical Association."

Professor Hamid Ali Khan
"He was elected President of the British Medical Association in 1967"

This book probably has it all:
History of the British Medical Association Volume II 1932-1981, E
Grey-Turner & F M Sutherland, BMA, 1982

Dear Robert,

Thanks for the effort. I had already tried through the BMA website.
I'll try to find the book. Thanks again for trying.
