Dear jack1425,

One way or another, whether by an hourly or a contingent fee, the
lawyer must be paid. This is true whether or not the client is an
individual, partnership, or corporation. If you explain the benefits
you hope to obtain from following a partnership or corporate route,
this question may become easier to answer.

Expertlaw, I am wonderring how to get around inherant restrictions of
transferring claims so no decentralized vulnerablity and financing the
fracturing of a complicated case. Thinking claims could be brought in
differant jurisdictions by multiple parties. My hope would be that
such exposure would exert public and legal pressures for resolution.
