I am suing a business in small claims court. I was told that the
problem would be covered under their liability insurance. However I
have not heard from the adjuster now have they replied to the matter
within the 14 days allowed. Do I have the right to know the name of
the Insurer? I was told by the agent that I was unable to be told the
name of the insurance company who covered the business....so could not
name them as a third party to the suit. I live in Brithish Columbia
