I work behind a corporate firewall and am not able to access any of the automatic software updates provided by apple for OS X and OS9. I suspect that this is due to a specific port being blocked by our firewall or some such network issue, as the error message i get is unable to connect to the internet, despite the fact that I can connect to mail or http browsing. I would like to know either the port that needs to be unblocked or the procedure that i need to enable this service behind my firewall. | |
