Hi mlpdelray-ga,

The State of Florida provides this information online. But an easier
search can be done at:
http://www.netronline.com/frameset.asp?page=Florida

Scroll down to
Manatee (The county that Del Ray is in)
Property Appraiser
Clerk / Recorder
Tax Collector

Click on Go To Online Data

When the new page comes up look for the blue icon that says
Condominium Search, don't click public records at the top of the page.
Use database 2 and enter the name.

Search terms used: real estate public records

Good luck!
