I mean in vivo. Thank you for catching the typo.
Is there a problem in crossing the blood brain barrier due to molecule size.??
Is DAMGO small enough??

I am unaware of the research . I would like an answer as to the
comparison in any in vitro study. If there are various studies in
different animals I would be interested.

Fairly long paper. Please keep reading to the middle to pick up the
relevant research.

I'll search some more to try and find what human studies, if any have
been performed.

Do you have a Mr for the DAMGO?

Potency: DANGO>methadone>morphine>pentazocin

Summary:

Studies were conducted with a neural cell line to determine the
efficacy of a range of u-opioid receptor agonists to inhibit
voltage-dependent Ca channels and induce receptor internaliztion.

This looks a promising start to an extremely interesting area of
pharmacology.
