After an extensive search I hav been unable to find history of
performances of One Third of a Nation other than through the Federal
Theater except for a short run on Broadway.
Here's what I did find:
New York City, New Orleans, and Cincinnati would have their own
versions of One-Third of a Nation, a play about housing conditions by
Arthur Arent

There were Federal Theatre Projects in 32 of the 48 states. There were
no Federal Theatres in either of the Dakotas, but there were Projects
in Minnesota and Nebreska. Many locations had more than one producing
unit. There were 31 units in New York City, 14 in Chicago, and three
in Omaha.
"...and the New York Times mentions that the Dallas New Theatre in
1939 produced Sticks and Stones, a free adaptation of One-Third of a
Nation with script and lyrics by two local women.

Not really to your question, but there is a transcript of a
fascinating discussion with writers Walter Bernstein and Tim Robbins
on theater that has several paragraphs about One Third of a Nation and
about living newspapers at

Search strategy: "one third of a nation" + performance + production +
"Arthur Arent"; theater history
