I have seen a lot of onine phone card businesses. I am interested in
starting one of my own. I have some knowledge of creating websites
with shopping cart, merchant account and software vendors which
specialize in phone card business software (like
http://www.ccsoft.net/). My question is: Whom should I contact to buy
the minutes in bulk? Would big companies like AT&T sell me minutes?
What about credit? How does the procedure work? Who assigns the phone
card pins? What about customer service?

I had the same question but never got any concrete answer.  I am also
interested in this type of business.  I contacted ccsoft but they will
only give information when I buy their product ($7000).  I am not
interested in buying any software because I can develop bymyself in
very short period of time.  I am a java developer for last 6 years.
