I discovered two references to the book but could not ascertain if
they were in English:
Hertz, Emanuel. ABRAHAM LINCOLN - THE TRIBUTE OF THE SYNAGOGUE. New
York, 1927. Special Autographed Edition limited to 100 copies, 682
pages. Very nice condition, new cover that is exactly identical to to
original cover, very light streak on front cover, marginal tears on
four pages repaired with archival tape. INSCRIBED, DATED, AND SIGNED
BY THE AUTHOR. M2935v. $895.00
Abraham Lincoln: The Tribute of the Synagogue. New York: Bloch
Publishing, 1927. 1/100 copies. Quarto. 682 pp. Three quarters dark
blue and brown leather over marbled paper boards with marbled end
papers. Publisher's copy of the book, deluxe edition, large paper
copy. Describes all the eulogies given by Rabbis upon Lincoln's
assassination. With 10 additional lectures, speeches and articles on
Lincoln, by Hertz laid in. $1000
I have written to the booksellers and asked if the prayers and
speeches in these copies are in English. If they report back in the
affirmative, I will post the information as an answer.
If you already know the titles and authors of the prayers and
speeches, each could be searched individually to ascertain if they
have been translated. If you do know these titles, please post them in
a clarification and I'll be happy to continue my research on this
question.
