jjb, would statistics on fatalities, sorted by international airline,
answer your question?

Fatality rates for international airlines would be helpful. I'm
particularly interested in Air Namibia and Royal Nepal Airlines. Thanks

jjb, I'm posting this as a request for clarification, rather than an
answer. If you think it answers your question, please let me know and
I will post it that way. It does not, however, address your concern
about Air Namibia and Royal Nepal Airlines.
The website I finally came to rely on was Airsafe:
http://airsafe.com
where you can review fatality records by airline. Airsafe is cited by
another site, SimplyQuick, at
http://travel.simplyquick.com/discount-airfares/airlines.html that
was in turn recommended by an article in the Arizona Daily Star (a
Tucson newspaper): http://www.azstarnet.com/public/startech/archive/060601/wire2.html
Airsafe not only informs you about airlines with fatal accident
histories, but they tell you about airlines with zero fatal incidents.
(Unfortunately, neither one of your airlines is listed in either
list.) Also, Airsafe spells out their sources and methodology.
Again, although this addresses your question as first posted, it
doesn't tell you about your two airlines of interest. You might want
to contact the people at Airsafe and see if they can fill in the gaps
for you, or tell you why your airlines aren't listed.
Is this helpful?

The aviation safety network has lots of information about airline
safety, and links to other sites. They may have what you need.

.................well at least we know that my country's main airline
QANTAS, must rate No 1 or equal number one in regards injury or death
as there has never been an injury or death greater than some bruising
during flying through air turbulence. That would be in regards the
larger long haul airlines anyway
