Dear duncan_idaho,

This proves to be an extremely tough question. Playtone does have a
Web domain, but no website. And a search for e-mail addresses using
the domain name led nowhere. All I was able to find out - and even
this was very difficult - is the street address of Tom Hanks' and Gary
Goetzman's company Playtone, together with a general contact phone
number. Obviously, there is not anything more out there. Surely this
is not what yoz desire, so I do not dare posting it as an answer.

I too had gone down the web route, only found the address for the
accountants, not the company itself.  That turned out to be a dead
end: non helpus meus.

If you do run across any additional information, I'm leaving this open
until such time as it runs out, or some genius such as yourself pops
up with the info.

A one week membership can be had for $9.95 -- I can't promise it has
what you need, but it might be worth a shot.

No, I haven't, because I subscribe to hollywood creative directory
online, and they usually are pretty up to date.  Do you find 411 is
better, or more complete?
