How much is a MS SQL database worth if offered to content providers as
a product? The database contains 400 jokes and funny stories that are
categorized into 13 categories, edited and approximately 150 words on
average.

Are you looking to sell the database software and hardware that the
database is running on as well as the content in the database? Or, is
it just to sell the content of the database that you would dump and
transfer to another person?

Because of the wealth of large free joke databases on the web (a
Google search on "joke database" brings up 6000 entries, and I
couldn't find a single one that charged for them) my guess would be
that you would not get any money trying to sell this.
