Hello billfan-ga,
There are some basic issues to consider when preparing to interview
for any position. First, the goal of the exercise is to fill a
position. For this purpose, the employer defines a set of requirements
and candidates do everything in their power to convince the employer
that they have what it takes. Secondarily, there are specific skills
involved in the process of interviewing which require both general
people skills and specific domain expertise.
These resources should help you prepare for the interviewing process
as well as for the specialized questions on health administration that
you might encounter.
Good luck in you search.
